Victoire De Lyphar was dropped into a claimer at Beverley last time but still came up short, though did finish ahead of Orion's Bow at Thirsk earlier. Lothair is back over 7f for the first time since winning on good to soft ground at Ayr in May while Danot has been knocking on the door for a while and shouldn't be far away. Indego Blues has won five times over 6f but previous tries over this trip have left something to be desired. TWIN POINT clearly found 1m2f too far at York last time but was earlier only beaten half-a-length over this trip at Wetherby and Robert Winston is back on board this evening. He gets a tentative vote with Doncaster second Orbit The Moon looking best of the rest.
