Verdict

Marshman has progressed with every race this season and a return to this trip produced a victory last time out at Haydock. He should run well here but a five pound penalty might be enough to stop him. Dowhatjem is running well but again may just be in the handicappers grip. Yorkshire Blue is hard to assess having bolted up on the sand at Wolverhampton. Preference through goes to Night Runner one of two Tim Easterby runners he got off the mark at Beverly last time and is sure to put up a bold bid.
