        Verdict

        The progressive Bollin Margaret should figure again despite carrying 6lb extra for winning readily at Thirsk. But GOLDEN HIND gets another chance having been sent off favourite at Catterick last time where the heavy going took its toll in the final furlong. David O’Meara’s filly debuts on the all-weather while Poetica and Rainbow Jet attempt today’s trip for the first time having both run well over 1m2f recently. Miracle Eagle and Bellatrixsa filled the places in soft going at Haydock recently with the latter preferred as she failed to get a clear run on that occasion.
