This looks tight at the weights but SUBHAAN has the most scope. He was beaten only a nose here last month and there should be more to come from Roger Varian’s charge. It was heavy going when Ventura Secret won at Carlisle earlier while Born To Boom scored at the same track in August. The older horses don’t arrive in particularly good form though Lucky Violet made a belated start to the season and can figure if rediscovering last year’s best form.
