In depth

Verdict

Cyrogenics finally got off the mark in a selling hurdle at Fakenham a week ago but looks to have too much to do. Fort De L'Ocean has been consistent over fences but may not have the pace required and Irish Minister is plating class on the Flat and over hurdles. Snookered, three times a winner on the Flat, rattled up a sequence over timber before failing in much better company and looks certain to go well but SMART LASS looks the one to be on. She was beaten a head over 1m4f on this surface in September before completing a double on Turf in the autumn and has performed well in both starts over hurdles. Tabou Beach Boy has experience on the surface and scored over timber at Musselburgh last month.
