Platinum Princess can go in at the first time of asking, with Lunar River, Hazelhurst and Lolla's Spirit likely to make their presence felt. Platinum Princess, a daughter of Diktat, holds no fancy entries at present, but runs here in preference to an engagement at Newbury on Friday, and meets nothing special here. Hazelhurst has the most experience but was fancied when beaten last time and is already more exposed than most, while Lunar River may find this drop back to seven furlongs against her. Lolla's Spirit is a half-sister to six winners, but her future lies over middle-distances next year, and in a race that will take little winning, Platinum Princess is sure to be a popular choice.
