In depth

Verdict

Come On Teddy found life tough in Grade 2 company at Cheltenham on New Year’s Day having narrowly won a handicap at Uttoxeter before that. Uncle Alastair is hard to keep right but went close at Carlisle on his reappearance and this longer trip will suit though OMAR MARETTI (NAP) makes more appeal. He won both starts over hurdles before finishing second at Market Rasen on his chasing bow and Alex Hales’ charge has plenty of scope for further progress. Dis Donc and Hold The Note arrive out of form.
