Verdict

Toulon Rouge gets the confident vote with General Gossip and Wildfield Rufo rating the main dangers. The selection won well last time out when defeating Cool Cossack and although he has a penalty for that win he won with plenty in hand and he is taken to defy the handicapper. General Gossip rates the main danger on his latest third behind Home James as that form has since been franked but he will do well to give weight and a beating to the selection. Wildfield Rufo is another worthy of respect on his best form but he was very disappointing off this mark when last seen so he can not be put forward with any confidence. Sylvies Buck looks to be on a fair mark but has been let down by her jumping of late and for the winner we return to Toulon Rouge.
