Verdict

SITTING TENNANT wasn't fancied to run as well as he did last time and is fancied to win this on a more demanding track; Alan's Legacy and Bardelot make it to the shortlist. Having made a good start to his career at Wetherby when third behind Lady Bluesky, the selection then ran Mcmurrough close at Kelso on his reappearance. Newcomer Alan's Legacy looks interesting as the stable are in top form and his sales price has increased at every ring he has passed through, whilst Bardelot showed much improved form when second over this course and distance last time. Kosta Brava is another interesting newcomer; he is related to some decent performers and it would be no surprise to see him run well if the money comes for him. Of the others Quwetwo and Kopylova may be capable of hitting a place as both return to the track; however it is Sitting Tennant who can lead them home.
