        Verdict

        FLOATING ROCK returned to the Flat with a good effort at Ayr. He finished in front of Tomorrow's Angel and Monticello on that occasion with Satanic Moon well beaten and a bold bid looks likely in this. Hackberry won over track and trip in July and can effectively race off a lower mark with an apprentice’s allowance taken into account while Misscarlett’s only win on the level so far came way back in 2017.
