      Verdict

      It’s seems fair to assume MANDRELL retains her ability given she’s been kept in training despite missing the whole of last year. She made a winning start at Kempton in 2015 and Charlie Appleby’s filly doesn’t look to have much to fear from today’s opposition. Dusky Dawn has yet to win a handicap while Barwah remains 7lb higher than when landing a Class 6 contest over track and trip in January. Livella Fella has done her winning over longer distances while both of Forever A Lady’s wins came over 7f at Ayr.
