    Verdict

Jonboy ended a long losing run with a course and distance success last month but HEATH CHARNOCK is preferred. Michael Dods’ colt found only one too good in a higher grade sprint over track and trip last time and a similar effort at this level should see him back to winning ways. Louis Treize has won a novices' race over 6f here and was placed over the latter trip on his reappearance. He looks best of the rest given Mythical Spirit had just the one outing last year and the remaining pair are upped in class.
