NEWMARKET WARRIOR won off a higher mark over course and distance early last year and a recent second at the track suggests Iain Jardine’s charge can return to winning ways in this. Ascot Week beat Zodiakos over track and trip before running below par at Southwell and Decoration Of War also ran poorly on the Fibresand last time but had been in good form at Wolverhampton before that.
