Verdict

Good Value made mistakes and finished tailed off at Kempton on Saturday so it appears a strange decision to declare him for this. Mick Jazz had Lucky Dottie well adrift when third on his UK debut at Newbury behind a couple of decent juveniles but this should be plain sailing for another French import TOP NOTCH. A winner twice in France in the spring, he has an entry in the Triumph Hurdle and can defy a double penalty on his first start for Nicky Henderson. Ryeolliean was only beaten two lengths at Fontwell earlier this month and looks the pick of the remainder ahead of newcomer Maxie T.
