Verdict

Dunlough Bay is starting to come down the weights but was well beaten over 3m here last month. Ultimatum Du Roy couldn't justify favouritism at Huntingdon after winning at Market Rasen but Farbreaga arrives off the back of a victory at Southwell, though the second did nothing for the form earlier this week. PISTOL couldn't cope with Sandown's tricky fences last time and was eased but he'd shown promise earlier at Wetherby and is potentially well treated over the larger obstacles. We'll give Philip Hobbs' five-year-old another chance, though Perfect Candidate is equally unexposed and Young Hurricane wouldn't be without a chance if in the mood.
