In depth

Verdict

Espoir De Teillee was allowed to start at a huge price at Warwick but won a shade cosily. GRAND SANCY never threatened in a Grade 3 here three weeks ago and probably hasn’t quite scaled the heights expected over fences but he does have a touch of class and might be good enough to give the weight away in this company. Kalooki has run his best races around here and could be a threat but Mr Muldoon is upped in grade after a couple of wins at Sedgefield. Barton Knoll is hard to catch right while Boldmere has been a big disappointment this season.
