Verdict

Promised Wings has been knocking on the door but the handicapper is giving him no respite and he's gone up another 3lb since finishing second to Qalinas at Lingfield last month. PRIME LOCATION has more scope than these and probably only needs to improve a little on his comeback second at Warwick to go one better here. That was only his fourth run over hurdles and a 4lb rise is thoroughly justified. Koultas King has now finished second five times over timber and may have to settle for place money again in this while Sail And Return has gone off the boil since winning at Uttoxeter in November and was a long way behind the selection two runs ago. This may be too tough for veteran Dundock.
