Verdict

Orvar has travelled down from North Yorkshire and has already won this year, at Wolverhampton. But he never figured behind Gracious John at Lingfield next time when Tomily was a fast-finishing third. The latter has won since at Lingfield and Kempton but never looked like getting to A MOMENTOFMADNESS at the latter track last time. Switching back to Turf won’t faze Charlie Hills’ sprinter, who is weighted to reverse Ascot running in October with Just Glamorous, though he wont want to get involved in a tussle for the lead with Caspian Prince and Gracious John. Global Applause would have every chance on his best form but Blue De Vega probably has a bit to find.
