In depth

Verdict

Keep Rolling was engaged in the 1.00 Haydock yesterday. Young Bull is unexposed over fences but may need this after a lengthy absence. STORM ARISING was no match for a couple of useful novices on his fencing bow at Chepstow but that run should have taught him plenty and he’s been dropped 5lb since. Nicky Henderson holds a strong hand with both Bothwell Bridge and Patroclus with Nico de Boinville riding the former in preference to the Leicester winner, even though he was an early faller at Kempton after making a winning debut over fences at Sandown. Nestor Park is 0-9 and appears to need much further.
