Verdict

Ask The Guru carries 6lb extra for winning over 6f at Bath last week and Edged Out is penalised for her victory at Chepstow where she beat Dark Lane. A line through the latter also gives Whitecrest every chance on her recent second at Windsor and she should confirm superiority with Valmina. Swendab is struggling at present and FLYING BEAR was expected to do better over 6f at Epsom last time. But Jeremy Gask's charge won over today's shorter trip off a higher mark at Ascot last year and gets the vote in this with Ryan Moore picking up the ride.
