Verdict

A pretty competitive nursery but Blushing Rose is sure to be among the market leaders given connections. She won a Kempton maiden on her second start but it looks significant that Ryan Moore rides GRAPHITE STORM for Clive Cox. Like most of the field, the Windsor winner has to prove himself under conditions but that is a chance worth taking given the impression he made last time. Chepstow winner Shipping Forecast has a similar profile and Novoman looks progressive having opened his account last time over this trip at Brighton. Final Reckoning is no forlorn hope, despite top weight, as he found 5f too short in Listed company at York last month. Newmarket winner Plant Pot Power may be the pick of the Hannon trio but did return a beaten favourite on soft ground at Salisbury in August.
