      Verdict

Richard Hannon has two runners in the second division of the maiden with the once-raced Danceyourselfdizzy marginally preferred to the newcomer Piccolete but he does need to improve form his debut effort to take a hand and one final chance is given to ENTHUSING. David Elsworth's colt has found one too good in each of his three starts so far, latterly when chasing home My Freedom at Nottingham, and he can gain a deserved first success today. Apollo d'Negro made a promising debut at Ascot in July and he makes more appeal than Ralph Beckett's newcomer Redvers. With Brian Meehan's string in such good form, Conducting has to be considered first time out but experience may win the day.
