Verdict

Rogue made a very encouraging debut in what looked a strong juvenile contest here last month and is certain to have benefited from the experience. Charlie Appleby has his horses in superb form and BEING THERE could be a top first-season colt. By Dubawi and the first foal of a French 1000 Guineas winner, he cost €1.4m and not surprisingly has a Group 1 entry. Curiosity is by High Chaparral but is a half-brother to two winning two-year-olds while Lifeboat is a half-brother to five winners though mostly over further.
