      Verdict

Jessica Harrington sends last year's Balmoral Handicap winner Njord over from Ireland and he ran a fine race in the Group 2 Minstrel Stakes at the Curragh last month. Charlie Appleby has two entries with William Buick choosing AL SUHAIL over D'bai having ridden both to victory at Meydan earlier in the year. The former returned to action with a close third in the Group 2 Summer Mile at Ascot and looks best of the pair. Danyah is stepping out of handicap company having won a heritage handicap at Ascot where he had Motakhayyel, who was conceding 6lb, three lengths behind. Line Of Departure completed a hat-trick around this time last year and won a Listed contest at Sandown before finding Group 1 company too strong in the July Cup.
