In depth

Verdict

Ravastree, third over 2m3f at Exeter last month, looks like he'll benefit from the step up in distance and should be thereabouts here. Double Whammy is steadily getting his act together and is another to consider, while State Benefit's run behind Join Together at Chepstow was too bad to be true and it would be no surprise to see him bounce back here. Camden stuck well to his task when third under a penalty at Fakenham last time but may struggle to give 7lb here to RANGITOTO. A winner over this trip between the flags, Paul Nicholls' six-year-old probably just needed the experience when edged out by Doctor Foxtrot over 2m4f at Ffos Las on his debut under Rules but will be a lot more streetwise today.
