Verdict

Having looked very progressive, LAGANBANK didn't enjoy being stepped-up to 2m4f on heavy ground at Galway and quickly returns to the minimum trip. He has a small penalty to contend with and though the concession of Owega Star won't be easy as Peter Fahey's youngster has battled on strongly to win both starts over timber he looks set to regain the winning thread. Noel Meade's two entries, Dylan Ross and Il Fenomeno, are progressing very well and wouldn't need much more improvement to take this but Priors Gold has been struggling in handicaps and winning bumper Burn And Turn makes her hurdling debut.
