Verdict

Those with experience look a very moderate bunch and this looks a question of which of the Ballydoyle pair is the more forward and the betting may give us that information. Both have entries in next year's classics but it's FINN MCCOOL who catches the eye on breeding and he's entered in the Racing Post Trophy. A son of Galileo, he's closely related to six winners including Alexandrova, Masterofthehorse and the Cheveley Park winner Magical Romance. Kingsbarns is also by Galileo and related to several winners but looks more likely to do better next year. Andy Oliver has three runners and the Nayef colt Threat Resolved may prove best of them.
