In depth

Verdict

Red All Star has been attempting to make all over 7f without quite getting home so this shorter trip will be in his favour though he's taking on some well-connected newcomers. Insearchofadream has been looking one-paced and may do better over further but Jim Bolger's pair, Ring Speed and So Focussed, both have real pace in their pedigree and the former is the pick of Kevin Manning. Aidan O'Brien runs ALBERT THE BOLD, who is by War Front and likely to be suited by this trip on his belated debut. He has no fancy entries but looks to have been found a reasonably easy task to make a successful start.
