Maggie Connolly couldn't quite cope with the late thrust of The Bishop Looney over a slightly longer trip at Punchestown but isn't badly treated for her handicap debut. Cootamundra has gone up 8lb for scoring over 3m last time but is just as effective over this trip and should give another good account. Four Chimneys is better handicapped over fences but again ran well when attempting to concede weight to Hans Crescent at Fairyhouse. The winner had been chasing but relished the return to timber and is on the short-list, despite a 7lb rise. LASTOFTHELEADERS comfortably landed a chase at Fairyhouse in December and started odds-on for a handicap over hurdles there on New Year's Day. He found the trip a little bit short that day and can gain compensation from what is a very lenient mark. Up For The Match has been put up 16lb for making a winning handicap debut at Gowran but that was only his fourth race and there's more to come.
