LIPIZZANER, the only one with experience, came here in March and ran well though couldn't quite hold the well supported Poetic Flame. The remainder were well beaten and he can go one better. Seamie Heffernan rides and his mount is probably the pick of Aidan O'Brien's three other entries at this stage. Jim Bolger saddled the winner of that opening race though Eastern Voice may need a bit further than this. Larado is by first-season sire Shalaa, a top-class juvenile, and out of a French 1m winner while stable companion Hype, a 150,000gns yearling, is out of a mare from a very speedy family. The E175,000 yearling Lucky Vega is a half-brother to two winning sprinters.
