In depth

Verdict

Rated 119, Judex Lefou will probably start favourite in this but is hardly banker material given he’s yet to record a victory in 11 starts under Rules, seven of those over hurdles. Dora De Janeiro showed some promise before a lack of experience told at Carlisle and she’ll know more today. DIVINE GIFT only won once on the Flat but was placed over 1m6f and should have no problem lasting home on this easy course. He could be the value to make a winning start over timber.
