        Verdict

        It will be interesting to see if there is any market support for Sir Mark Prescott's Aleatricis on his reappearance and handicap debut but he does not look to be particularly well handicapped and a safer bet looks to be Wogan's Sister, who gets the vote over Jevington Star. The last mentioned has been largely disappointing but showed some promise at Ripon two starts ago and Brian Ellison's gelding has to be respected off his low weight. Flashy Max has run better in his last two starts but may just be a shade high in the weights. John Wainwright's Bourse could probably do with some help from the handicapper and preference is for Wogan's Sister. Ian Wood's filly was good value for her win at Wolverhampton last time and she has only been raised 5lbs for that success so is taken to follow up.
