Verdict

Nathans Pride came up short in a Listed contest at Ascot in December but had won his two previous starts in Ireland. Coozan George had 12 lengths to spare over Always Tipsy over track and trip last time and can confirm the form, despite a penalty, Apachee Prince had Saturday's Betfair Hurdle winner Splash Of Ginge behind when third on his debut at Ayr. But that was in April last year and he hasn't been seen since. HURRICANE HOLLOW, a son of Beat Hollow and the first foal of a middle-distance winner, certainly showed an aptitude for the game on his racecourse debut at Carlisle and can double his tally here.
