In depth

Verdict

Trafalgar Square,Dream Tonic and Tagula Sunrise look the three to concentrate on in this competitive handicap and the vote is given to Trafalgar Square. The selection won with a shade in hand last time out when beating Salamanca and although he has a penalty for that win he looks ahead of the handicapper and he is taken to score under conditions that suit. Dream Tonic rates the main danger on her best form but she was never travelling last time out when well beaten so can not be put forward with any confidence. Tagula Sunrise is another that could go well as she also won well last time out but this looks much more competitive and she will need to improve again to win off this mark. Of the remainder Spirit Of France has the ability to go close but does not always use it. However if he were to get an easy lead he would be a danger to all, while Society Music looks to be on a handy mark and could go well at a price but in a race that throws up more questions than answers for the winner we return to Trafalgar Square.
