In depth

Verdict

Royal Mile was put up 6lb for finishing a half-length second to Tipsy Indian at Sedgefield last month. That appears harsh as he'd earlier been well beaten at the same track so preference in this is for MISS ABBEY. She seems to run her best races here and though her latest third over hurdles at Carlisle was nothing special she can step up back on this easier track. O'Crotaigh can't be ignored, despite a poor run at Market Rasen last month, and Why Are You Asking's third at Hexham last time was his best effort to date.
