In depth

Verdict

A wide open contest gets proceedings underway and many would have chances on their best form but the principals look to be Bohemian Spirit, Killer Cat and I Got Rhythm and the confident vote is given to Bohemian Spirit. The selection has been in good form of late over fences and returns to hurdles on a lenient mark. He has conditions to suit and he looks the one to be on. Killer Cat rates the main danger as he has dropped to a handy mark and it would be no surprise if he showed improved form in a first-time tongue tie and cheekpieces, so he certainly should be noted in the market. I Got Rhythm is another that could go well but he continues to rise in the weights without getting his head in front and he is becoming hard to win with. Silver Seeker won well last time when beating Named At Dinner but all his best form is on a much softer surface and for that reason he is opposed. Of the remainder, the booking of Tony Dobbin for Ablastfromthepast catches the eye and he is another to note in the market but for the winner we return to Bohemian Spirit who looks well handicapped.
