In depth

Verdict

Mr Supreme's long absence is a worry but he'd be thereabouts if anywhere near fully wound-up. Itstimeforapint is bidding to follow up last month's course and distance victory but may now be too close in the weights to stablemate BALLYBEN. Brian Hughes' mount normally competes at a higher level and is now a pound lower than when scoring at Kelso in may of last year and led for a long way over a longer trip at Doncaster last time – he has the form to show this bunch a clean pair of heels. Eiri Na Casca ran a lot better at Limerick last time but that was over 2m and this trip may be beyond the Irish raider.
