Verdict

A three-year-old won this last year and HOW BIZARRE can follow suit. A drop back to 7f on this sharp track should benefit Kevin Ryan’s front-runner, who has a decent draw and can record a first victory on Turf. Our Charlie Brown usually runs well around here and hasn’t had much luck in-running the last twice. He’s back on a winning mark and looks a big threat. Sayesse is another eased in grade but he’s been below his best lately while War Department is best on a straight course. Pepys is in good form and a 3lb rise for winning at Beverley is not excessive but he may be best at a mile. Bibbidibobbidiboo is looking a few pounds too high but Inner Circle is easing towards a fair mark and should be winning soon.
