      Verdict

LEXINGTON PLACE was an unlucky loser at Wolverhampton last month and has the plum draw. He’s very well treated nowadays and is a previous course and distance winner so appears to have everything in his favour. Twentysvnthlancers is 5lb higher than when winning this last year and did score at Southwell in March so should be thereabouts again. Angel Eyes was only beaten a short-head at Newcastle when last in action but Foxy Boy appears to have lost his way. Intense Starlet has each-way claims but, along with Irish raiders Bahlwan and Pavlichenko, will be racing from out of the handicap.
