Bochart couldn't manage a victory in the UK but was placed seven times. He went to Jebel Ali three weeks ago and made all for a facile victory and a 9lb rise shouldn't prevent another big effort. Alareef and Mutahaddith fought out a battling finish over the course and distance in March with the former just prevailing. There's nothing between them again but Jim Crowley's mount could provide the main threat. Riflescope won a couple of races for Mark Johnston and should find a race here soon judging on last week's run over the minimum at Jebel Ali where he was staying on strongly at the finish.
