        Verdict

        Stepper Point only won once last year though that was in a Group 2 at the Curragh. He finished mid-division in the Al Quoz Sprint here in March and this will be his first run in a non-Group race in almost two years. Roicead won over 6f here in March 2014 but has only run twice subsequently. His stable is in good form and also run Saayerr, who hasn't been seen since a close fifth in this race a year ago when Fityaan finished runner-up and Caspian Prince a close third. Caspian Prince, who went on to score a month later, may prove best of them this time though BANAADEER, who finished a very close third in that latter race and is 2lb worse off, has the benefit of an opening run a fortnight ago and looks the one to be on. Neither Demora nor Green Door can be ruled out in a tight handicap, especially the latter who ran well here a fortnight ago and has the visor back on.
