        Verdict

        Faulkner won easily on his debut at Jebel Ali then came here for a handicap where he carried top weight to victory. It wasn't the greatest of races but he's obviously very unexposed and has to be respected. Shaishee went up 8lb for a comfortable victory over the track and trip in November but it didn't prevent a follow-up last month. The veteran Disa Leader earned some decent place money here last winter and wouldn't have been kept in training unless thought capable of a repeat, though a chance is taken here with his stablemate FULL COMBAT. A useful performer in South Africa, his three runs here last winter were at a higher level and though not showing much he looks on a fair enough mark to make his presence felt. Price Is Truth is improving, though both victories have come over 6f, while seven-times winner Frontier Fighter has won on all kinds of surfaces so this Dirt track shouldn't pose a problem.
