In depth

Verdict

Doug Watson saddles three at the top of the handicap. Grand Argentier won here a year ago from a higher mark though hasn't been in the best of form, Tried And True has dropped to his lowest mark since winning here in December 2016 while Dehbashi is only 2lb higher than when successful in November and Pat Dobbs takes the ride again. Satish Seemar also has three entries and Storyboard looks the pick. An import from Andre Fabre's yard, he easily won a maiden in January before making an impressive handicap debut last month. Both were over a mile but he should be even better suited by this trip. Gavroche has found his form though does best at Jebel Ali. He had BOIS DE BOULOGNE just behind there last week but the latter was finishing so strongly he would have won in a few more strides. A winner at Kempton for John Gosden, he's just getting into his stride here and Mickael Barzalona can steer him home. Travis County won a poor maiden a month ago though isn't overburdened on his handicap debut.
