Verdict

Calipso Collonges placed on his reappearance at Warwick but has yet to prove he stays this far and Innisfree Lad is hard to predict nowadays. LIGHT FLICKER has run well in both previous starts around here and has placed over longer trips than this. Recent seconds at Wetherby and Exeter suggests he’s the pick of the weights in the day’s feature, though last year’s runner-up Cash To Ash is respected being a pound lower and Eclair De Guye won’t be stopping given he has made the frame in the last two runnings of the London National at Sandown. Who's In The Box won this in 2020 when 5lb higher but was only fifth last year. Hereford winner Jet Plane could be anything after only two runs over fences and Bangers And Cash could also go close if he stays. Representing Bob and Small Present are others to consider.
