In depth

Verdict

It is hard to get away from Stolen Moments who is taken to send the punters home happy, Our Jasper and Lambrini Legend look to be the only serious rivals. This soft ground bumper winner made a very pleasing hurdles debut when chasing home subsequent Aintree handicap winner Accordello. There should be plenty more to come and he is the obvious form choice. Our Jasper is well exposed but has ability and should be thereabouts in a race that will not take too much winning. Lambrini Legend landed a couple of bumpers and has taken on better company over hurdles. With ground conditions in his favour he has to be rated a big threat. Ski Dazzle is the only other one worth a mention and so in what looks a three horse war Stolen Moments is given the nod.
