Verdict

FOURPOINTONE is our pick though Moustique de L'Isle and Waking Ned are likely to have their supporters. The selection has been in fair nick of late and having began off a basement figure, he gamely wrestled back a race in the final stages at Warwick when all had apparently looked lost. Moustique de L'Isle has benefitted for some respite from the handicapper having once been rated well into three figures. Today's prevailing conditions should prove no problems. Waking Ned represents a yard that are having winners. An out and out stayer, his form figures do not do him justice. Huckleberry seems to have improved for the switch to cheekpieces from blinkers. He does need to reverse form with Moustique de L'Isle to win this. Zimbabwe is probably little better than plating class though his light weight will be a big help this afternoon. Heros Collonges and Iloveturtle have had plenty of chances in the past. Fourpointone still appears to be on the upgrade and is in receipt of our vote.
