Colombe D' Or has been in fair form of late both over hurdles and on the flat and if he can reproduce that form he will be hard to beat especially as there is likely to be cut in the ground. Flashant has shown a modicum of ability in handicaps of late he is a distance winner and he could be the one to be on with the drop back down to selling grade sure to suit. Italian Counsel is still a maiden but he can not be ruled out in a poor contest with many of his main rivals running from out of the handicap.
