Verdict

Favorite Girl hasn’t shone over hurdles so far this season but she’s been in terrific form on Tapeta at Wolverhampton, winning her last two. Midtech Valentine is 17lb higher than when successful in this 12 months go but did win again twice in the autumn and she reverts to hurdles after a couple of runs over fences. SECRET DOOR is still a maiden and has been off the track for the best part of a year but fitness is rarely a problem for one from her yard and she has more untapped potential than any of these. Hermarna is tried in cheekpieces but turned in a shocker at Newbury earlier this month.
