Verdict

Beltor won at Taunton before tailing off in much better company at the same track while Definitelyanoscar won a maiden hurdle at Warwick but was pulled-up on his handicap debut. Landsman makes more appeal having also won in maiden company when successful at Musselburgh on only his second start for Tim Vaughan but it could pay to stick with MUSICAL SLAVE (NAP). The latter won a handicap at Market Rasen a week ago for Philip Hobbs’ in-form yard when giving the impression there was plenty more left in the tank and another bold bid looks likely.
