Verdict

John Ferguson's string returns to action after a break with the trainer dealing with all matters Godolphin. Berland is the Bloomfields representative here but he's not a leading light in the yard's novice hurdle rankings and ST SAVIOUR is preferred. A runaway winner on the heavy here on debut, the former Andrew Balding charge is equally at home on the forecast better ground and can maintain his unbeaten record. Me Voila should be all the better for his Newbury debut whilst former Richard Fahey inmate, Brotherly Company, is an interesting hurdling recruit for Harry Fry.
